These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Career Direction Blueprint ("the Service") offered by Stacey Williamson ("I," "me," "my"), operating at staceywilliamson.com. By booking a session and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. The Service
The Career Direction Blueprint is a one-time, 1:1 private strategy engagement available in two tracks:
- W-2 Track ($797): A 60-minute private strategy session focused on identifying and pursuing a better-paying W-2 role outside of clinical dietetics, followed by a complete written deliverable set delivered within 72 hours of the session.
- Business Track ($997): A 60-minute private strategy session focused on building or clarifying a dietetics-based business, followed by a complete written deliverable set delivered within 72 hours of the session.
Deliverables for each track are described in full on the sales page at staceywilliamson.com. The specific deliverable set is customized to your situation and may vary slightly based on what emerges in the session.
2. Booking & Payment
To secure your session, you must complete the intake form and submit full payment at the time of booking. Your session time is not confirmed until both the intake form and payment are received.
Payment is due in full at booking. No payment plans are available at this time.
All prices are listed in US dollars.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
This policy exists because work on your engagement begins before your session takes place. Upon receiving your intake form, I review your responses, audit your LinkedIn profile (and website and social media for Business track clients), and prepare a customized analysis specific to your situation. This preparation work is completed prior to your scheduled session time.
Because your engagement is fully customized and preparation work begins immediately upon booking, there is nothing to return. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled session time at no charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session will be accommodated at my discretion and are not guaranteed.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact me in advance, your session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered in the event of a no-show.
5. Deliverable Timeline
Written deliverables will be sent to the email address you provide within 72 hours of your completed session. This timeline assumes your session takes place as scheduled and your intake form is submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
If your intake form is submitted less than 48 hours before your session, the 72-hour deliverable timeline begins from when the intake is received, not from the session time.
6. Intake & Preparation Materials
To get the most from your session, you are asked to submit your intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. For W-2 track clients, you are also invited (though not required) to email your resume to s.kathryn.williamson@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the session.
Failure to submit your intake form before the session may affect the depth and specificity of your deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, templates, and written materials I provide are my intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your own career or business purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, reproduce, or distribute any deliverables or materials provided as part of this engagement without my prior written consent.
8. Not Professional Advice
The Career Direction Blueprint is a strategic positioning and career direction service. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or therapy. Nothing shared in the session or in the deliverables constitutes professional advice in any regulated field.
For legal, financial, or mental health questions, please consult a licensed professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
I make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, salary increases, job placement, business revenue, or client acquisition as a result of participating in this service. Results depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and decisions made after the session.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
10. Confidentiality
I treat all information you share — in your intake form, in the session, and in any follow-up communication — as confidential. I will not share your personal information, career situation, or business details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
I may use anonymized, non-identifying information (such as general themes or patterns across client sessions) for the purposes of improving the service or creating educational content. No identifying information will ever be used without your explicit written consent.
11. Testimonials
If you choose to share feedback about your experience, I may request your permission to use it as a testimonial on my website or in marketing materials. Your consent will always be obtained in writing before any identifying information is used publicly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
13. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your engagement. Updated Terms will be posted at staceywilliamson.com with a revised date.
