This Privacy Policy describes how Stacey Williamson ("I," "me," "my"), operating at staceywilliamson.com, collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when booking or participating in the Career Direction Blueprint.
By using this website or booking a session, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information I Collect
I collect information you provide directly when you book a session or complete the intake form. This includes:

- Your career goals, challenges, and constraints as described in your intake responses
- Your resume (if submitted voluntarily for the W-2 track)
- Your website URL and social media handles (for Business track clients)
- Payment information — processed securely through a third-party payment processor; I do not store your credit card or banking details
I also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard web server data and is not linked to your personal identity.
2. How I Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to deliver the service you purchased. Specifically:
- To review your intake form and prepare for your session

- To respond to questions or follow-up you initiate
I do not use your information for automated marketing, unsolicited outreach, or any purpose beyond delivering what you paid for — unless you have separately opted into a newsletter or other communication.
3. Information I Do Not Share
I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
Your intake responses, career situation, business details, and any materials you share with me are treated as confidential. I will not disclose your information to any outside party except:
- With your explicit written consent
- As required by law or legal process
- To third-party service providers who assist in delivering the service (such as Calendly for scheduling and my payment processor), who are contractually bound to protect your data
4. Third-Party Services
This website and the booking process use third-party tools that have their own privacy practices:
- Calendly — used for scheduling. Calendly's privacy policy applies to data collected through their platform.
- Payment processor — payment is processed securely by a third-party provider. I do not store payment details on this site.
I am not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. I encourage you to review their policies directly.
5. How Long I Retain Your Information
I retain your intake form responses, session notes, and deliverables for up to 12 months after your session, in case you have follow-up questions or need a copy of your materials. After 12 months, your personal information is deleted unless you have requested otherwise.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing me at s.kathryn.williamson@gmail.com.

8. International Visitors (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
